Main House has:  3 bedrooms, master w/King bed, 2nd room w/Queen bed, 3rd w/two bunkbeds tops are single, bottoms are full beds, also has pull out queen sofa,  will sleep 10 comfortably, limited to 10 maximum, special permission for extra people.

Ground Floor Efficiency sleeps 2 adults with Queen sleep comfort sofa bed, can also accommodate a child on blow up mattress

Main House Baths: 3 full baths     Efficiency: 1 full bath 

Main House Kitchen: full appliances, cooking & dinnerware      Efficiency: small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cooking appliances, dinnerware

Outdoor Features: 2 covered decks, ample parking, outside shower & hose, neighborhood atmosphere, beach tote wagon, chairs, beach umbrella, beach bikes (additional rentals available) 

View/Location: Ocean Views from top deck, 6 blocks to the beach(approx.720 ft) 2 miles to town center, 15 miles to Wilmington NC

Suitability: No pets, no smoking in the house

Activities: Sandy beaches, surf, pier & charter fishing, shopping, restaurants, free movie and fireworks night, Fort Fisher Aquarium, Amusement Park, boardwalk, Historic sightseeing, Auto Ferry Ride, Playground & Skateboard Park, Pro & Community Golf Courses, Kayaking, 4 wheel beach pass available, Surfing, music/entertainment, chlidren's bounce house

OPTION 1. Main House plus Efficiency per week June thru August $1,975     Sept thru May $1775 per week    ( NO Cleaning Fee, included in price )

OPTION 2.  Main House only June thru August $1,675 week     Sept thru May 1,475 per week  (NO Cleaning Fee, included in price)   Note: if option 2 is selected efficiency might be occupied, has separate entrance.

Efficiency: $100 per day, three night minimum or $700 a week (cleaning fee $75)  Last 7 pictures, private entrance, Queen sleep comfort sofa bed.

Additional Information: We want your stay to be pleasant & clean so bed linens and towels can be ordered directly from Seaside Linens at 1-866-615-4636 or www.seasidelinen.com  and will be delivered per your arrangements or you can bring your own.  Please place your request in advance.
